We want you to love your EDGEVA sharpening system. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
You may return your EDGEVA product within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in reasonable condition.
- Please include all original components and accessories.
- Contact our support team before sending your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or full refund and cover any related costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, EDGEVA will cover return shipping costs.
Warranty
Your EDGEVA sharpening system is covered by our product warranty against manufacturing defects.
